Key Responsibilities of the Head of Marketing:

  • Develop and deliver a robust marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the commercial property sector, and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Create and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels
  • Lead the development of high-quality content to showcase the company’s expertise and value proposition
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, email campaigns, and social media, to increase online presence and engagement
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture client relationships
  • Utilise data and analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimise results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers to ensure high-quality output
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and best practices

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the property sector or related B2B industry
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media management software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships
