Profile
A successful Head of Outsourcing Accounting should have:
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or be QBE)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an accounting department, leadership is key.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to lead and mentor a team.
