Douglas Scott are currently working with a well-established law firm on a new opportunity for a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to join their growing team in the North West. Due to an influx of work, the team are expanding and looking for a number of fee earners to join the team in either their Manchester or Blackburn office. As a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner, you will be responsible for a caseload of pre litigated and litigated Housing Disrepair matters which you will manage from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have previous Housing Disrepair experience however the firm will also consider applicants with experience of running a litigated caseload in another area of law, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a retrain!On offer is a competitive salary alongside a wealth of employee benefits to include:
