Our client, an award-winning national firm, is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Paralegal to join its growing Housing Disrepair department. This is an ideal opportunity for a Paralegal looking to kickstart their legal career.

Role Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims from cradle to grave
Conducting legal research and providing legal advice to clients
Preparing and drafting legal documents
Negotiating settlements

About You:

You will have a proven track record of managing a caseload of housing disrepair claims (at least 1 year of relevant experience will be ideal)
You have a working knowledge of the civil procedure rules
You have exceptional client care ability and are passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
