Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of pre- and post-litigated housing claims, working under Sections 9a and 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
  • Draft Letters of Claim, assess damages, negotiate settlements, liaise with counsel, and issue court proceedings.
  • Use Proclaim CMS and communicate effectively with clients.

Candidate profile:

  • Experience in Housing Disrepair or significant contentious civil litigation.
  • Skilled with CMS (Proclaim), able to bill work at Grade B or above.
  • Highly organised.
  • IT literate.
  • Self starter.
