Our client is seeking a skilled HR & Payroll professional with a background in Technology and Transformation.
You will support HR & Payroll transformation initiatives and technology changes to align with organizational goals. Managed the implementation of SAP modules (plus others) for a 15,000-employee UK base, ensuring seamless integration of core HR, payroll, and talent management systems.
Responsibilities:
• Initiate Payroll transformation programme through as-is analysis and benefits identification in partnership with the Business.
• Deliver onboarding 2.0 SAP mandatory upgrade
• Deliver new colleague engagement platform
• Work with HR and IT teams to develop strategies.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, building requirements.
• Defining and managing the product roadmap.
• Onboarding new suppliers, ensuring due diligence.
• Partnering with the solution architect team for developments and building.
• Developing reports to monitor product health.
• Showcasing digital strategy, promoting across the business.
