  • Coordinating recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing professional and timely advice.
  • Assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
