Ashley Kate are excited to be working with a leading name in the professional services sector who have a new opportunity for a HR Business Strategy Lead to join them during a period of exciting change on a 12 month FTC or permanent basis. Our client are a global business who are growing! They boast a number of modern offices across the UK, adding to their worldwide presence. This role will be hybrid, based from either their Manchester or Glasgow office with some travel to London.

This role will support a company wide People change programme, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on a number of change initiatives for the business.

Shape, feedback and support delivery of BAU initiatives and people strategy deliverables across a range of CoE specialisms.

Reviewing and shaping Strategy deliverable to ensure Colleague / business stakeholder experience is at the heart.

Collaborating with HR colleagues to support business engagement ensuring buy in and influencing key stakeholders

Understanding and ensuring BAU and cyclical activity are planned into People Strategy workstream project timelines and delivery.

Collaborating with Change and Comms lead to ensure effective communication and engagement plans are in place and delivered

Analysing risks, and action planning

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR Change Management within a large/global business, this is essential. You will posses strong project management skills, have a collaborative approach and be CIPD qualified.
