Tailor-Made Tour Operator based in the North-West, who sell through Travel Agents, are now looking to continue their success. They are recruiting a HR Executive to join their accomplished team!

This role is Manchester based with the opportunity to work Hybrid. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Full time (38.75 hours per week 8.55am - 5.40pm). Monday to Saturday

HR Administration:

  • Ensure employees maintain their personal records on the HR system.
  • Prepare and process HR documents.
  • Assist with payroll processing and handle payroll-related inquiries.

Operational Efficiency and Automation:

  • Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and workflows.
  • Implement HR software and tools to automate routine tasks.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to integrate HR systems.

HR Ideas and Initiatives:

  • Support the implementation of employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and recommend improvements.
  • Project manage and deliver agreed improvements and initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Organise and coordinate work events and keeping in touch with remote workers.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications.
  • Be the first response for employee inquiries for HR-related issues.
  • Support in the participation of HR audits and compliance reviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider business when required.
