Role - Inbound Sales Advisor
Salary - 15.33 per hour + bonus, OTE 40k+
Schedule - 3 nights on 3 nights off
Operating Hours - Monday through to Sunday - 10pm - 10am
We are recruiting for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join our client in the Wythenshawe area. This role is working for an established market leader within the automotive industry with a key presence in Australia.
This is a full time, permanent role working on the night shift patterns. Successful candidates must be comfortable committing to permanent night shifts in the Wythenshawe office.
Role of Inbound Sales Advisor
- Handle inbound enquiries for accident replacement vehicles
- Provide a consultative approach with customers, balancing sales through service
- Working to KPI's set by your manager
- Ensure accurate data is captured on every opportunity in line with company processes.
- Provide customers with accurate information and guidance at all times
Experience of the Inbound Sales Advisor
- Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role, either inbound or outbound
- Ability to showcase a consultative sales approach
- Proven experience of achieving multiple sales based KPI's
- Excellent time and task management
- A passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to show empathy & understanding.
