In this role, you will play an instrumental part in proactively creating and delivering relevant data sets, solutions, and critical insights to our customers, with a primary focus on subscription renewals. Your ability to maintain strong relationships with external clients will be essential for ensuring effective service delivery and feedback loops. By leveraging advanced cloud-based solutions, you will enhance sales processes, manage customer relationships, and provide expert technical support for the sales of industrial and commercial pump systems. This position is integral to integrating cloud platforms with sales strategies, driving efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for Cloud Service Sales

  • Be responsible for the Cloud service sales which includes Pump Manger renewals, Eco Pulse renewals, and other cloud services based out of Manchester.
  • Lead to ensure customer success- from smooth onboarding of the customer and throughout their entire life cycle.
  • Reach out to customers for renewal before subscriptions expires.
  • Communicate proactively with customers on their needs.
  • Reach out to customers from the opportunities and subscription expiry list to brief them about the benefits of the cloud services, availability of the real time data and insights like alarms.
  • Demonstrate the energy savings & DE benefits to the end-user.
  • Prioritize outreach to the installed base, focusing on driving sales of services and parts solutions through value selling towards targeted client base.

Customer Service

  • Clearly articulate the Value proposition for customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute targeted campaigns and track customer responses using the cloud system. Reach out to subscribers before 90 days of expiry and brief them on early renewals benefits and multi year subscription price benefits.
  • Help customers navigate parts ordering using Cloud Service.
  • Use the cloud CRM to manage customer accounts, track communications, and ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and post-sales support.

Sales Support and Enablement

  • Update customer contact changes if any.
  • Facilitate customer download of the monthly report and brief them about the metrics tracked.
  • Help customers navigate the subscription renewal process from order through to activation.
  • Assist the sales team in using cloud-based tools to streamline the sales process for pumps, including lead generation, customer communication, and sales tracking.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on how to effectively use the cloud platform to manage accounts and customer data.
  • Offer real-time support to sales teams by providing access to product information, customer history, and order status via cloud service.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Run Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports on the opportunity / subscription expiry and their status.
  • Document all customer calls in the service CRM.
  • Share customer details for in person meeting requests with regional sales teams.
  • Utilise cloud-based analytics tools to track sales performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate sales reports.
  • Analyse data from the cloud platform to identify trends, sales opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Generate and distribute customized reports on sales progress, pipeline status, and customer engagement to support decision-making.

Education and Experience

  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Data Management, Cloud management, or equivalent experience
  • Work experience in providing customer solutions
  • Experience working within a Manufacturing or Engineering environment
  • Demonstrable experience in manipulating data and presenting meaningful reports
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems

Technical Skills

  • Data management and reporting skills
  • Demonstrate knowledge of or experience in working with Excel to a higher level and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Data Management tools is essential.
  • Knowledge of Engineering functions

Soft Skills

  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts within various organizational structures
