Oakleaf Partnership North are seeking an interim TA Advisor to join or clients team for three months on fixed term contract basis providing essential support to the wider HR function during a busy period.

As the interim TA Advisor your duties will include;

• Assisting with light-touch resourcing, helping to attract and identify top talent
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment operations
• Provide exceptional support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work
• Ideally experience within professional services
