In our Internal sales role at our Manchester Branch you will have the opportunity to make over 34,000 with our uncapped commission structure. With our comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you excel in your role you will be joining a collaborative and vibrant work environment where your contributions are valued.


Key Responsibilities for our Internal sales role in Manchester:
* Engage with our existing policyholders, building strong relationships and addressing their needs and concerns.
* Proactively reach out to policyholders approaching their renewal dates, highlighting the benefits of continued coverage and answering any queries they may have.
* Effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identify opportunities to up sell additional insurance products that align with our clients' requirements, contributing to their overall coverage and security.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, showcasing your ability to connect with customers and drive results.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and inform customers effectively.
* Strong negotiation abilities to address objections and retain policyholders.
* Quick learner with the ability to grasp the details of our insurance products and convey their benefits to customers.
