Internal Sales Coordinator // Irlam (M44) // £30,000 + Profit Share // Permanent

Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with a global manufacturing company, who are seeking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity, offering a clear progression plan for the successful candidate!

Role Responsibilities:

  • General sales administration tasks, respond to telephone calls and manage UK & Export email in boxes, raising of quotations, invoices, purchase orders.
  • Calculate accurate pricing of new packs and sets
  • Preparing maintenance quotations when necessary
  • Compiling and updating pack/set specification sheets
  • Logging and tracking of demonstration stock
  • Logging and processing of equipment repairs
  • Administration of the Labour Standards Assurance System when necessary
  • Assisting National Sales Manager/Clinical Specialists with customer pricing spreadsheets
  • Running reports for Managers and Customers
  • Assisting with preparation of tender documents
  • Assisting in updating supplier cost and list prices on system
  • Liaise with logistics team to obtain updated information on customer deliveries
  • Processing purchase orders and sales returns on Sage
  • Liaise with sales team relating to enquiries/orders/pricing
  • Preparation of export paperwork
  • Completing manual delivery notes and commercial invoices
  • Assisting in logging and administration of customer complaints in line with quality procedures when required
  • Assisting in the logging of engineering job sheets when required
  • Arranging export shipments from the factory to the customer

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Successful candidate must have a high attention to detail as accuracy is key in this role.
  • Previous experience producing & handling tenders Extremely desirable.
  • Self-starter
  • Willingness to progress
