The Role:* Travel to client sites to diagnose and resolve IT issues that can't be tackled remotely.* Install and configure hardware and software, ensuring seamless functionality.* Work independently while collaborating with a dynamic support team.* Keep customers updated on their requests, ensuring satisfaction at every step.* Maintain agreed service levels and document all work from diagnostics to resolution.* Work with third-party vendors for root cause analysis and problem resolution.* Mentor and guide colleagues where necessary within the escalation framework.

What We're Looking For:* Strong troubleshooting skills with a background in IT support.* Solid experience with both Windows and Apple operating systems.

Expertise in:* Windows Server OS installation, configuration & administration.* Active Directory, Group Policy & Exchange Server support.* Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID.* Intune and endpoint management.* Cloud technologies (Public, Private & Hybrid).* Remote Desktop Services & Azure Virtual Desktop.* Virtualisation platforms (VMware & Hyper-V).* Networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs & wireless technologies.
