CTG UK are on the lookout for a Junior IT Service Lead on behalf of our UK Central Government client. This is a 6-month assignment based at our clients Manchester site, sitting inside of IR35. If you have experience within Service Management and Service Delivery, and an understanding of ITIL methodologies please reach out!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all service and support functions remain responsive to customer needs.
- Provide adequate reporting and ensure service standards are met for their specific service.
- Own technical change is communication and management with appropriate governance.
- Verify that a programme of continual service improvement is put in place across the wider service delivery function.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience within IT asset control in one or more significant areas, and verifying location and state of assets.
- ITIL Certification
- Demonstratable experience of leading/supporting service Improvement
- Excellent attention to detail, maintain secure configuration and accurate information
