This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated L&D Administrator to join a well-established Public Sector organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing key administrative support within the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient operation of all learning and development activities.

Description

  • Providing a full administrative support service to the Learning & Organisational Development team, including employee training allowance requests, training agreements, facilitator and venue bookings, induction, etc.
  • Assisting in the coordination of learning and development activities.
  • Providing support in the management of the L&D budget.
  • Maintaining and updating Learning Management systems and databases.
  • Liaising with external training providers and coordinating logistics.
  • Ensuring the Learning email inbox is checked regularly and that queries are dealt with quickly.
  • Assisting with the preparation of training materials.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee training and development.
  • Participating in special projects and initiatives related to learning and development.

Profile

A successful L&D Administrator should have:

  • An educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Previous experience in an L&D role - desired not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using various office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases.
  • A strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
