THE COMPANY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and passionate Lead CRO Consultant to join a well-established full-service digital analytics and optimisation consultancy. THE ROLE

As the Lead CRO Consultant, you will take full ownership of the CRO function, acting as the key authority on all things CRO both internally and externally. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and your internal team to define and execute CRO strategies, best practices, and frameworks. This role offers the chance to build and shape a high-performing CRO team while delivering exceptional value to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the CRO practice and providing strategic guidance to clients on optimisation best practices.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored CRO strategies and solutions.
