Legal Cashier: Job SpecificationLocation: Hale - AltrinchamSalary: Negotiable My client, an award-winning team, is looking to recruit a passionate, detailed, and enthusiastic new member to their finance team who will assist the Head of Accounts and be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of our financial processes.We applaud and look for individuals who will get involved in continuously improving everything we do and will play a role in growing the business, the team and themselves.Key Responsibilities:General day to day duties will include the following:Dealing with incoming & outgoing payments (BACS/Faster Payments/TT's)Process supplier invoices through purchase ledgerDaily bankingBank reconciliationDealing with office disbursements HMLR/HMCTS Statements etcBillingAnswering fee earner queriesTaking card paymentsAssisting with month end proceduresAssisting with payrollExperience/KnowledgeExcellent organisational skillsProfessional telephone mannerAbility to build good relationships with suppliers and clientsExperience in an account's rolePreferably experience in dealing with aged debtPreferably 12 months plus in Legal AccountsHours and LocationAn office-based role based in Hale, Altrincham, Cheshire.5 days a week 9am to 5.30pm.Salary - competitive market rate based on experience and incredible benefits package.
