A forward thinking, highly reputable law firm based in Manchester City Centre are seeking an experienced, organised, adaptable individual for an executive support role within their Corporate and Commercial team. If you have previous experience as a Legal PA, a flexible approach to work and a keen eye for detail, this may be the role for you! You will enjoy a hybrid role, working 3 days within office, and a salary of up to 33k!

You will work collaboratively with the wider secretarial team to provide first class support to the fee earners. Your duties could include but are not limited to;

- Ensuring accurate use of finance management systems

- Billing

- Diary Management

- Arranging complex travel bookings

- Building rapport with stakeholders and clients

- Coordinating meetings both internally and externally

- Utilising document production to create first draft documents

- Completing reports

You will have solid PA experience, preferably in a legal setting or if not professional services, be exceptionally organised and comfortable using systems. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
