Location: City Centre, Manchester
Salary: 27,000 OTE 29,000/30,000
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm (Alternating Saturdays with time back in lieu)
Holidays: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Your Role: As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be the face of our business, working with landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth lettings. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting property viewings and providing excellent customer service.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
* Managing listings and updating property databases.
* Negotiating offers and handling tenancy agreements.

What We're Looking For:
* A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for property.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* A valid driving license.
* Previous experience in lettings
