You will be joining one of the biggest names in the industry ensuring that you are in good hands as we help further, and you develop your career in the world of property. We offer a competitive salary along with a commission structure that allows you to take control of your earnings with us in Manchester.

What we want from you as our Lettings negotiator to join our team in Manchester, is to have at least a year in real estate. As the ideal candidate you will also have excellent communication and customer service skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion for property.

Responsibilities:

* Actively seek new business opportunities and build relationships with clients
* Conduct viewings and provide feedback to landlords and tenants
* Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements
* Manage the tenancy process from start to finish, including referencing, contract signing, and inventory checks
* Provide excellent customer service to all clients, both landlords and tenants
* Meet and exceed individual and team targets


Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable (1 year with an estate agent)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and driven
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Knowledge of the local property market is desirable
* Full UK driving license and access to a car is essential
