My client is looking for B1 and B2 Licensed engineers to join their team in Birmingham and Manchester to support base maintenance on the following aircraft A3120 / A330 / B777
Duties will include
Agreeing targets and milestones with the Check Manager* Management of a defined 'zone' of work to deliver the maintenance task to schedule* Utilisation of resources to achieve schedule* Certifying specific aircraft types on their QA044 Staff Authorisation Document* In the event a Check Manager is not available, and that the B1 or B2 Certifying Engineers has Category Cprivilege and not certified any document during that input, may be requested to act as a C Cert to releaseto service specific aircraft types within the scope of limitations their QA044 Staff Authorisation Document* Co-ordination of all staff within their work area, drawing up a daily work plan to deliver their zone toagreed schedule* Allocation of tasks and responsibility within their work area* Monitor performance against plan, provide regular briefings, guidance and support to allocated staff asnecessary to deliver the plan* Work with Check Manager and B1 or B2 Certifying Engineers to identify impending problems andgenerate solutions* Provide updates to Check Manager on any issues impacting their work plan to targets, proposed solutions,next steps within their plan and future work allocation* Accountable for the technical integrity of all work carried out under their control* Accountable for the conduct and time keeping of all allocated staff whilst employed within their zone ofresponsibility
Skill
- You will hold a Part 66 Licence either B1, B2 or B1 & B2
- Have a min of 3 year working as a technician
- Have excellent organisational & supervisory skills
- Full driving licence
