What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our Paediatric Community Team and help improve the lives of children in your care! In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of paediatric patients• Develop and implement personalised therapy plans for children• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid HCPC registration• Experience working with paediatric patients• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team• A commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers flexible working with hours to suit your needs. The contract is ongoing, with the possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
