Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. The successful candidate will join a thriving department committed to inspiring students to achieve their full potential in mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging maths lessons tailored to KS3 and KS4 curricula.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school-wide events as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A strong understanding of the KS3 and KS4 Maths curriculum.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to professional development and contributing to the school community.
