Our client, a nationally recognised firm with a leading clinical and medical negligence law practice, is seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor. The firm’s expert solicitors manage high-severity cases like birth injuries, spinal injuries and misdiagnosis, with extensive experience in various medical fields. The firm is dedicated to exceptional client care, achieving the best outcomes and offering a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and assist with medical negligence claims
- Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence
- Draft legal documents and provide expert legal advice
- Represent clients in court and at mediation sessions
- Engage in business development and client care
Requirements:
- 3-5 years PQE with experience in medical negligence claims
- Strong organisational and case management skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Interest in business development and regional markets
