The Company:

An excellent opportunity for a Merchandiser to join a forward-thinking company who produce young ladies and mens fashion ranges for a range of multiple stores and their own branded products.The company arean established supplier based in Manchester who produces fashion ranges for 18-30-year-olds.

The Role:

  • Keep full and up to date records of all orders under your remit
  • Keep full and up to date records as required by seniors
  • Inform seniors of any possible late delivery
  • Assist seniors in all matters as required
  • Staying up to date with QC on fits and samples to ensure orders running on time
  • The essence is to ensure orders are delivered on time
  • Making bookings on time
  • Keeping labels, barcodes and accessories up to date for the factories
  • Raising dockets to factories
  • Checking purchase orders
  • Communicating with buyers and factories
  • Dispatch of all orders
  • Keeping the critical path up to date
  • Liaising with the warehouse to arrange inbound and outbound deliveries
  • To be part of customer meetings

Skills Required:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experienced in working to Critical Path and tight deadlines.
  • Commercial understanding around maintaining timely customer deliveries.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Must have a clear understanding of the processes and functions of merchandising.
  • Ensuring the precise entry of critical business data is essential.
