Merchandiser - Up to £48,000 p.a. - Manchester (WFH 2-3 days will be on offer) - Ethical Brand with Amazing Growth Plans Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for a Merchandiser to be based in the Manchester area.Be part of an amazing omni-channel clothing retailer who are currently going through their most sustained period of growth with more incredible growth projected. Our client is massive at home and abroad and this role will be key in providing the right analysis for the group to accommodate future growth plans.**Responsibilities**- Responsible for optimising store sales revenue and cash flow while minimising stock risk.- Work cross-functionally and with external stakeholders to ensure stock requirements are aligned with business goals.- Manage allocation and dispatch levels to optimise store performance.- Range planning and stock planning to meet demand and maximise profitability.- Utilise Open to Buy (OTB) and Weekly, Monthly, Seasonal, and Annual Planning (WSSI) to drive effective inventory management.**Experience**- Proven experience in merchandise planning within the retail industry.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Proficiency in stock planning and allocation strategies.

The business itself and this role will be very fluid and elements of the position can be built around the individual's skill set, however you must have retail merchandising experience. You must understand all elements of product lifecycle and want to work in an entrepreneurial way as the business can change it's direction very quickly in reaction to market trends. Our client will look at people from a variety of product backgrounds.
