Are you passionate about data management and leadership? We're looking for a MI Senior Lead to join this well known general insurance company. You'll be collaborating with the Head of MI Development and drive high-quality data solutions. You'll lead a talented team of Developers and Reporting Analysts, focusing on optimal performance, code optimisation, and impactful reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the MI team in delivering efficient data management solutions
  • Support the development of a robust BI platform to streamline business insights
  • Champion data governance, ensuring high standards of data quality
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, while solving complex data challenges

Essential Skills:

  • Advanced Excel expertise
  • Experience in a BI role, with strong SAS coding (EG, DI Studio, Visual Analytics) and data quality management
  • Proactive problem-solving and excellent communication skills
  • Leadership experience, driving continuous improvements in data processes

Desirable Skills:

  • Power BI & TSQL experience
  • Familiarity with MS DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
