An award winning architecture, master-planning, and interior design practice in Manchester is looking for a Mid-Weight BIM Coordinator to join their growing team. My client is well known for their high profile residential, sports and healthcare projects across the UK and internationally. The team is excited to welcome a new BIM Coordinator to support innovative projects and continue their global development.
This opportunity is perfect for a BIM Coordinator with experience working to ISO19650, advanced Revit skills, and expertise in Navisworks for clash detection and data management.

Office:
- Manchester Head Office
- Hours: 9:00-5:00, Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Coordinate BIM across multiple disciplines
- Author project documents following the UK BIM Framework and manage shared resources in Revit
- Contribute to establishing company-wide Revit standards, providing technical support to colleagues
- Conduct regular model audits to ensure accuracy in line with BIM quality control procedures
- Validate information models to meet specific client data requirements
- Lead clash detection activities using Navisworks in line with Project Information Protocols
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in leading team meetings, presentations and representing the team in interdisciplinary coordination meetings
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a BIM position at a UK architecture firm UK
- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks is essential, Dynamo and AutoCAD is beneficial
- Experience with CDE platforms and in depth understanding of ISO19650
- BSI BIM qualifications or equivalent certifications are advantageous
