Role Description:
You will work as part of the team to aid in the efficient running of the site via engineering activities.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Attending breakdowns.
- Planned maintenance.
- Reactive maintenance.
- General works.
- Contribute to equipment and process improvements.
- Carry out personal projects to improve efficiency and reliability of the equipment.
- Documents your works on CMMS system.
You will ensure that all standards of housekeeping are maintained in line with the company's engineering procedures, Quality System, and Health & Safety procedures.

- You will ensure all written and online documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner according to company polices.
- Develop relationships with all departments to enhance communication across teams and deliver great customer service.
- Effectively communicate new company requirements and procedures to the team.
Desired experience:
- You will ideally have at least 5 years engineering experience within fast paced FMCG environment
- Experience in working with Labelers and Thermoformers
- HNC as minimum or Relevant engineering qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in engineering / equivalent (Preferably in electrical maintenance)
- Electrical or Multiskilled with an Electrical bias
