Full or part time New Homes Sales Progressor to work in the midlands area visiting our clients existing customers buying homes through them on new home sites. Our client provides a dynamic service for housebuilders across the UK and as their new property sales progressor you will be an integral part of ensuring this service is promoted and delivered in your visits to the various sites in your role dealing with Part Exchange and Assisted Move sales. It is essential for this new home sales progressor position that you are happy to work on your own initial as you will be working from home to schedule your own dairy, happy to travel and possess strong experience in estates agency and/or new homes.
The role
• Proactively manage new home’s part exchange and assisted move sales on trusted new homes sites
• Manage your own diary
• Visiting sites to assist with existing business
• Managing existing customers property sales
• Representing and promoting the company
• Liaising with all parties involved
• Being the point of contact on new home sites across the midlands and or surrounding areas
• Flexible working hours and days happy to look for people on a full or part time basis
The Person
• Must knowledge or experience of estate agency and or new homes
• Must be happy work a Saturday with occasional Sunday
• Excellent customer services skills and telephone manner
• Previous property sales experience
• Motivated and keen
• Happy to work from home and run own schedule
