Role Overview: As a Non-Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising flat roofing projects without being involved in the physical work. Your role will focus on coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. You will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Address any issues or challenges on site promptly and effectively.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or requests.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, site conditions, and any variations from the original scope of work.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Working at Height qualifications.
- Full UK driving license.
