ONBOARDING ADMINISTRATOR

Salary: £25,000

Location: Manchester City Centre - onsite

Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)

Our client is seeking a dedicated Onboarding Administrator to join their dynamic team in Manchester City Centre. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, driving engagement through training and support. What you'll do:

As an Onboarding Administrator, your primary role will be providing top-notch customer service and fostering strong relationships with new and existing clients. You'll be responsible for managing each client during the initial stages of their service agreement, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Your excellent communication skills will be put to good use as you guide clients through product features and assist with account set-up. You'll also have the opportunity to showcase your presentation skills by conducting webinars and hosting group onboarding sessions. In this role, you'll be expected to take ownership of any service issues that arise, demonstrating your problem-solving abilities and commitment to client satisfaction.

* Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients

* Manage each on-boarded client during the first 48 days of their service agreement

* Conduct regular check-ins with clients who are onboarding to support deeper product engagement

* Guide clients to the tools available for roll out to their employees

* Take ownership of any Service Issues raised by the client, maintaining an accurate account of the client's concerns on the CRM system

* Conduct demonstrations of the product via webinar for prospective clients

* Host group onboarding sessions for clients to drive product engagement

* Ensure all Service Level Agreements are always adhered to
