Our client, a forward-thinking organisation based, is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their Board of Directors. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy being the right-hand person for top executives, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:As the Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the leadership team's activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary Management: Organise busy and complex schedules, prioritise workloads, and coordinate paperwork to keep the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on track.
  • Meeting Support: Act as Meeting Secretary by preparing documents, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure effective meetings.
  • Information Management: Condense and filter communications, saving valuable time for the Directors.
  • Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage vendors, and maintain supplies to create a welcoming workplace.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate both internal and external events, making them memorable and efficient.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel, hotels, and conferences while running business and personal errands as needed.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following essential qualities:

  • Proven experience as an PA/EA, supporting senior-level executives.
  • Excellent diary management and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A flexible attitude that allows for quick changes in focus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in producing accurate, timely meeting minutes.

Desirable Qualities:

  • A strong academic background, ideally educated to degree level.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
