Forward Role are excited to be working exclusively with a vibrant and rapidly expanding digital agency team in Manchester City Centre. They are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join their team who take pride in being at the forefront of digital media innovation, creating social-first content, and empowering their clients to achieve exceptional results!

As a Paid Media Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing and managing Paid Media campaigns according to client strategies, ensuring they exceed performance expectations. The role is more weighted towards PPC, but you'll also be working across Paid Social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage Paid Media campaigns to achieve and exceed performance goals
  • Execute and optimise daily Paid Media campaigns across Google, Meta & TikTok to a high standard
  • Monitor and manage daily ad spend in line with targets and monthly budgets
  • Collaborate with specialists in other areas, such as organic search, paid search, and display
  • Build strong working relationships with Paid Media partners and technology vendors
  • Deliver precise client communications, detailing performance and ROI through regular reporting and analysis
  • Conduct weekly client calls or meetings to discuss strategy and present reports.

Key Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with Google and Meta Paid Media platforms
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing, including pricing and commercial strategies
  • Ability to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and spot discrepancies
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
