In this role, you'll be at the heart of managing and delivering complex pension data projects. From data extraction and analysis to cleansing and processing, you'll help improve outcomes by leveraging your technical expertise. You will take a lead on key projects, cyclical activities, and scheme events, ensuring they are completed according to client requirements and service level agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Scheme Events Leads and the Scheme Event Manager to meet requirements for scheme events and projects, from planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and approvals are met.
  • Review and provide feedback on the work of Pensions Data Technicians, offering technical guidance and support.
  • Take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of all scheme events and projects.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Continuously review and enhance existing systems and processes to improve efficiency, service delivery, and mitigate business risks.

  • Experience with defined benefit (DB) pension schemes.
  • Expertise in technical pension calculations and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of pension administration and work management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality management.
