Oakleaf Partnership North are seeking a People Partner to join their Didsbury based clients team in new role, reporting directly into the Head of HR playing a vital role in streamlining processes whilst supporting and upskilling managers within the organisation to drive business outcomes.

As the People Partner in this growing organisation you will work with the Head of HR to translate the organisations strategy into operational goals, objectives and roadmap to track success. Utilising data to sot trends, areas of improvement and focus, you will develop and implement robust solutions as the organisation continues to grow.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the following;

  • Strong knowledge around Employment Law, Policy implementation and Talent Management
  • The ability to plan execute and deliver on projects
  • Strong analytical and data mindset in order to make informed decisions
