A specialist law firm in South Manchester are seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer/Fee Earner to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a mixed caseload of Employer’s Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Occupier’s Liability (OL) cases while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

The firm is open to applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives, or experienced Fee Earners with at least 2+ years PQE.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE handling personal injury cases.
  • Experience managing a caseload that includes both fast-track and multi-track matters.
  • Strong litigation experience and a track record of handling cases through to resolution.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of EL, PL, and OL claims from inception to conclusion.
  • Handling both pre-litigation and litigated files, ensuring timely and effective case progression.
  • Engaging in negotiations and settlement discussions with opposing parties.
  • Providing high-quality legal advice to clients and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant legal developments in personal injury law.
