Post Completion Manager SJC is managing the recruitment process for a Leading Top 20 International Law firm. As a Post Completions Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the post completion process for both the Residential and Commercial Property teams in Manchester whist overseeing juniors and assistants within the department.The Role

Work closely with the paralegals and Solicitors in the Residential and Commercial Property teams
Oversee, manage and delegate work to the support staff in the Post Completion team
Handle Registrations
Deal with Land Registry Requisitions
Deal with Discharges
Liaise with Lenders
Ensure the correct signed documents are on file
Ability to use Lender and Land Registry portals

The Candidate

An understanding of Conveyancing and/or Commercial Property Law
Proven experience as a Post Completions Executive/Manager advantageous
Possess strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a timely manner
Good working knowledge of Land Registry
