The Company:Our client is a well-established and growing firm of Insolvency Practitioners based in the heart of Manchester. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Progression Case Manager to join their team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced insolvency environment, managing the progression of property sales and ensuring efficient case administration.

The Role:As a Property Progression Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end process of property sales within insolvency cases. You will liaise with various stakeholders, ensuring all legal, financial, and administrative aspects of property disposals are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of property sales within insolvency cases, ensuring smooth progression from instruction to completion.

  • Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient transactions.

  • Reviewing and preparing legal documents, ensuring compliance with insolvency and property regulations.

  • Maintaining accurate case records and updating internal systems with key milestones.

  • Identifying potential delays in the sales process and implementing solutions to keep cases on track.

  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

  • Assisting with due diligence, valuations, and property-related financial administration.

  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant compliance and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in property progression, case management, or a similar role within insolvency, legal, or property sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of property transactions, conveyancing processes, and insolvency-related property sales.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with various stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management software.
