Now, we're looking for a dedicated Resolution Executive to join our team and help us resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Handling inbound client queries and concerns, delivering effective resolutions in a timely manner.
* Managing challenging situations and turning them into positive outcomes for clients.
* Acting as the first point of contact for client escalations and ensuring their concerns are addressed.
* Providing clear, professional, and empathetic communication with clients at all times.
* Collaborating with internal teams to investigate and resolve client issues.
* Ensuring client satisfaction by following up on cases and offering proactive solutions.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a customer service, complaints handling, or resolution-focused role.
* Exceptional communication skills with a calm and professional demeanour.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to document case progress accurately.
* Prior knowledge of HR, Health & Safety, or Employment Law is advantageous but not essential.
