Resourcing Partner - 12 month FTC

Manchester City Centre - Hybrid working

c£48,000 - £50,000 per annum plus bonus

Are you an experienced In-house Recruiter, seeking your next opportunity in the Manchester area? This is a 12-month FTC to start in January, so if you are available or coming to the end of a role then this could be your next role in 2025!

In this thriving business, you will be kept very busy as their recruitment function continues to work at pace to fulfil the growing demands of the business. This role requires a strong Recruiter with a proven track record of working in a complex matrix organisation and working with multiple stakeholders. You will partner with the business as a subject matter expert for recruitment and talent attraction.

You will be recruiting for a broad range of vacancies, managing the process from start to finish including hiring manager briefings, resourcing, presenting shortlists, arranging interviews and managing offers of employment, whilst keeping all systems fully updated.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of manging complex compensation offers and skilled to handle those more detailed and complex conversations with potential candidates.

About you:

  • A proven track record working in an Internal Recruitment / Talent Acquisition capacity
  • Experience of working in a complex matrix structure
  • Exposure to managing complex compensation offers with candidates
  • Skilled in developing talent pools and direct sourcing of candidates
  • Providing excellent customer service skills comes naturally to you
  • Enthusiastic, proactive approach and positive mindset
  • Ability to build and manage a wide range of stakeholder relationships
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced role and adaptable to work through change
