There multi-channel presence spans multiple markets, and are committed to investing in growth, opportunity, and creating an environment where there teams thrive.Your Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and immediately available Rewards Manager to join on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about rewards and compensation, thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and enjoys autonomy while working in a transformative space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to design and execute the company's total rewards strategy, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Manage and refine internal compensation structures, conducting benchmarking and analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Lead all share-related activity across the business, including the rollout of executive and leadership share schemes.
  • Partner with the CPO & Legal team on reward-based remuneration activities.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs such as health, wellness, pension schemes, and other perks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement performance-based reward and incentive programs that drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to budget and forecast compensation and benefits expenditures.
  • Drive employee recognition initiatives that reinforce company culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of reward programs and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all regions, including international locations as applicable.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a small team, fostering high performance and professional development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in rewards, compensation, and benefits, ideally within a fast-paced or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing small team.
  • Expertise in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders.
  • An interest in fashion or a related industry would be an advantage.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
