Are you an Estimator with a background in Roofing looking to join a tightknit company who will invest in your development as you play a vital role in the growth of the business?

This family-run company established themselves 30 years ago and have since seen sustainable growth among all aspects of the business, with a multi-million pound turnover they are committed to delivering high quality work while ensuring sustainable growth as they support their employees.

They specialize all aspects of Roofing and Cladding services to the Commercial Industries including schools, hospitals, listed buildings and more. Due to their continued growth and development they are looking to add a Roofing Estimator to their team.

In this varied role your time will be split between the office and sites around Manchester. You will be preparing bids and tenders largely for pitched and flat roofing projects, calculating labor and material costs as well as pricing overall work. You will visit sites, conducting initial surveys and liaising with key clients.

This role would suit a Roofing Estimator looking to gain specialist training, work on exciting projects and be a part of a dedicated team.

The Role:

Attend site meetings as required, completing initial site surveys.
Identify costs for materials, equipment and labor.
Prepare bids and tenders.

The Person:

Roofing Estimator experience.
Commutable to Salford, Media City and sites around Manchester.
