A reputable Manchester-based firm, is on the hunt for a RTA Fee Earner to manage a fast-track caseload of RTA claims from inception to final settlement. Based in Rochdale, you'll manage a caseload of 140 files, focusing 100% on RTA. Your duties will include running litigation on these files under the guidance of the director and the senior solicitor.Success in this role requires experience in handling comparable caseload sizes/contributing to similar file types. Although the background of the firm you've previously worked in is not crucial, you must be from a claimant background.
