I'm working with a global SAGE Partner who is looking for a Sage 200 Support person to join them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for Sage 200 ERP system, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions for clients.
- Assist with system maintenance, configurations, and upgrades to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues and support implementations.
- Document all technical processes, client interactions, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
Essential Requirements:
- Sage 200 Support Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sage 200 support, with a proven track record of successful issue resolution.
- UK-Based: Candidate must be located in the UK and have the right to work in the country.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Sage 200, SQL databases, and familiarity with supporting third-party integrations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for client interactions and detailed documentation.
