About the Role:

Our client, a leading provider of private healthcare, is looking for a Sales Advisor to join their vibrant team. This permanent, full-time position is based in the bustling City Centre of Manchester, conveniently located just a short walk from both Manchester Oxford Road train station and St. Peter's Square tram station.

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Advisor, you will:

  • Convert warm inbound leads into bookings for medical procedures.
  • Handle inquiries professionally, offering expert knowledge about the wide range of services.
  • Maximise opportunities by cross-selling and upselling relevant treatments.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and returning patients
  • Deliver a first-class client experience, ensuring patients feel supported throughout their journey.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and clinicians to coordinate appointments seamlessly.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a bonus.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £25,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year
  • Bonus: commission based on appointments attended, OTE up to £35,000

Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday between 8 am - 7 pm
  • Saturday 9 am - 3 pm (1 in 3)
