Your Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our client interactions, providing exceptional service and propelling our business forward. Your duties will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls for new business and renewals.
- Delivering quality support to clients, always putting them 'at the heart of everything we do' while meeting sales targets aligned with business objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative standards and assisting senior team members in service enhancement initiatives.
- Cultivating relationships and expanding your portfolio, contributing to our culture of outstanding performance.
What You’ll Do
- Provide quality client service to both current and potential customers, adhering to telephony activity requirements.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries, identifying and addressing needs while striving to meet quality and volume targets.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of company products and services, offering advice and selling appropriately.
- Ensure all activities comply with FCA or CQC regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and peers across Bupa to utilize all available resources, delivering the highest quality service.
Qualifications, Training & Experience
- No formal qualifications necessary, but fluency and confidence in telephone and PC usage is essential.
- Customer-oriented with a commitment to fair treatment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid reasoning abilities, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Ability to work varied shift patterns based on business needs and respond to changing requirements.
- Capable of thriving in a target-driven environment and consistently achieving personal monthly targets.
