Job Title: Sales Manager – Luxury International Hotel Group
Salary: Up to £45,000
Location: Based in the North
My client is looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join their UK Sales team. We are looking for a driven individual with luxury travel and business development experience. Your role will be to strengthen trade partnerships and boost visibility in the North of the UK for this luxury Mediterranean hotel & resort group.

About the position
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Build relationships with key travel agents and luxury specialists
- Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and sales meetings
- Analyse market trends and provide regular sales reports
- Organise FAM trips, incentives, and special events
The successful candidate
- 3+ years' experience in luxury hospitality or travel sales
- Luxury resort experience would beneficial
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A well organised individual who can work independently
- Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally
